A meeting of the -provisional .government in Belfast was held in private, when 400 armed volunteers guarded Ulster Hall. It is believed in the Lobby that the Government has decided to prorogue Parliament until the middle of August aad inaugurate a new session in the autumn. The Government will announce its intentions on Monday.
