ARBITRATION TREATY.
BETWEEN U.S.A. AND BRITAIN. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.25 a.m.) London, July 10. The Hon. Walter Page (United States Ambassador in London), has announced that Britain and the United States had practically concluded an arbitration treaty, establishing a commission to which disputes shall, be referred. American advices state that the approval of the British Dominions is being awaited.
