The crowd roughly handled his assailant, Proudhon, a retired dairyman, who is believed to he weakminded. (Received 9 a.m.) Paris,' June 21. Rothschild’s condition is not serious. A bullet was extracted from the thigh. Pondhon said he believed Rothschild’s milk depots had ruined his business.
