AVIATORS MULCTED IN DAMAGES US EIbOTBIO TILBGBAFH—COPYBIQHT] [United Pp.was Arbociation.] (Received 9.20 a.m.) Paris, June 11. A tribunal at Seine mulcted Farman and other aviators in damages for frightening live stock and lessening the yield of dairy farms. The judgment declares that the air to the treetops belongs to the owner of the land, and the air above is free to all, but aviators ano liable for damages on proof of injury.
