Despite the present vulgarites, Fashion is making a hesitating return to virtue. The fashion of bare-necks is all right for tho “sweet and twenty,” but the “fair and forty” ought to follow Madame Sarah Bernhardt’s example of swathing the neck in soft folds ot lace and mousseline.
