TRAIN-PASSENGERS' EXPERIENCE. Br Er.iwrarc Tbuwraph— OoFtßioHT] [Units:*/ Prshs AwnoiAsioN.] (Received 9.30 a.m.) Paris. May 24. The P. and 0. boat train from Marseilles to Paris was travelling at fifty miles an hour, and was timed to stop at Macon, but the brakes failed to act, and the train dashed through the station and collided with a shunting engine, which was overturned and thrown clear. The express jumped the rails, but in ten yards regained the metals. The guards-van next the engine was smashed and the passengers suffered from shock, but nobody was seriously injured.
