UNION FEDERATION PROPOSALS. [by Eleotkio Telegraph- CopvKicms [United Press ABBoniiwoN.] Sydney, .May 20. The constitution of the proposed Australian Union Federation provides that any trade or industrial organisation be admitted. The general management will he vested in a council oi' twelve, elected at a biennial conference. There will be no cessation of work or a disturbance of the industrial conditions until the matter is placed before the council.
