WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government- Meteorologist (Rev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this after noon as follows:The indications are for to-day :■ - Weather continues threatening southerly strong winds to gale. The weather will probably prove squally with heavy showers. Barometer unsteady, but rising fast after about 24 hours, for storm appears to be approaching from the south.
