FEDERAL PROCLAMATION.
AFFECTING THE SOLOMONS. (Received 9.50 a.m.) Melbourne, May 11. The Federal Executive Council has issued'a proclamation prohibiting the exportation of arms, explosives, and military naval stores, including spirits, from the Commonwealth to the Solomons unless a permit is obtained from the Customs authorities.
