The Government- Meteorologist (Rev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this aftermoon as follows; Southerly moderate to strong winds, squally at times. The weather will probably prove cold and showery. The 'night will probably be very cold ; then the weather should improve. Expect high barometric pressure again,
