WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government. Meteorologist (Rev D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: Westerly moderate to strong winds, and veering by, west to, south. The weather will probably, he dull and overeast. Misty rain is to be expected ; but weather does not appear like lasting. The barometer has'a falling tendency.
