TWO BOATLOADS OF SURVIVORS.

Thirteen survivors of the British steamer Columbia, from Antwerp to New York, which took fire at sea on Sunday, were picked xip by the Cunard liner Franconia. A boat with .seventeen occupants is still adrift, and her fate is unknown. Halifax, May 6. Captain McDonald and thirteen of the crew of the Columbia were saved by the steamer Manhattan.
