(Received 8.50 a.m.) Paris, April 24. Ihe King invested M. Doumerguo • (Minister of Foreign Affairs) with . the Grand Cross of the Victorian Order. At President Poincaire’s farewell of their Majesties at the railway station, the King expressed appreciation of their warm welcome.
