ADDRESS TO CONSTITUENTS. [By Electric Telegraph—[United Press Association.] (Received 9.20 a.m.) Sydney, March 18. Mr Cook, Commonwealth Premier, addressing his constituents, advised the Liberals to prepare to select candidates. Mr Cook said he was unable to state the exact date of the elections, but lie hoped to do so soon. Some of the hadly-nceded tilings included the cleaning-up of the roll before the dissolution. Mr Fisher's request for a dissolution of representatives only was absurd. The people must he given an opportunity to restore political balance.
