Belated returns in connection with the Eire Brigade Fete show that Mrs 1 E. Hancock was the winner of the decorated stall competition, and that Mr J. C. Latham won the sheepguessing with a guess of The committee wisn to specially thank the judges of the various events for so ably carrying out their arduous duties.

The weight of the lamb (which formed the guessing competition) was ollh, which was guessed exactly by Mrs E. Schofield. The weight of the hag of coal was 2971 b, Mr J. Clark winning with a guess of 3001 b. Ju the list of awards,- the class for best decorated lady’s cycle, which was won by Miss E. Staveley, was omitted.
