LONDON WOOL SALES. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! {United Press Association.] (Received 9.45 a.in.) London, March 10. Medium crossbreds were in buyers’ favor. For all others there was strong competition.

Ar Mr Newton King’s wool, skin, hide ,vid tallow sale held yesterday, all classes of produce showed a marked advance in prices. Buyers were in attendance from all parts of the Dominion, and competition was exceptionally keen for all lines. Cow hides advanced Jd to |d per lb, ox hides id to IJd per lb, yearlings 2d to 2]d per lb, with an unsatisfied demand, sheepskins were id. and full-wools id per lb higher, lambs id to 3d, and pelts one penny to l)d higher. Lambs’ wool free from seed was eagerly sought after at an advance of id per lb, whilst fleece showed a rise of Jd per lb. Seedy lambs appeared to bo hard to quit, being little in demand.
