CAUSES FATAL EXPLOSION.
(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9 a.in.) St. Petersburg, Starch 8. A miner at Stavyanoserbsk opened a safety lamp to light a cigarette, when the gas exploded, killing 25 men. Only two escaped.
