Poutsma and three others desire to wait, hoping that when the position is quieter, the Union Government will he less insistent on their exclusion. BAIN INSTITUTES LIBEL ACTIONS. AGAINST LONDON PAPERS. (Received 9.15 a.m.) London, February 27. The Daily Citizen states that Bain has instituted proceedings against several London newspapers for libel regarding his career. ALL-MIGHT SITTING, Capetown, February 27. At an all-night sitting, tin* Labourites pursued obstructionist tactics. There were many divisions and frequent scenes. All the amendments were rejected. The committee passed-a clause indemnifying the Government in all its acts. .
