A Sea Tragedy.

FROZEN TO THE RIGGING. SAD STORY OF A WRECK. [By Electric Teleguaph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 12.5 p.ra.) New York, February 17. When the Italian barque Castagna struck the outer bar of Cape Cod, the crew of eleven lashed themselves to the rigging. Captain Garva and three sailors were frozen to death. The remainder were rescued by lifesavers, who made a perilous journey in a life boat, reaching the wreck in a blinding snow storm. The dead bodies were left in the rigging, the life-savers being unable to remove them owing to exhaustion.
