SPLIT SKIRT AND TROUSERS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] LDnited Press Association.^ (Received 11.55 a.m.) London, February 12. The latest fashion sensation attracted a crowd along Broadway, when dressmakers’ mannequins appeared in split skirts, with trousers neatly creased showing beneath. Leading modistes declare that the fashion is likely to catch on, as the garb is warm as well as discreet.
