THE ORDER OF St. VINCENT
AN APPEAL TO THE POPE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9.10 a.m.) Paris, February 11. As the Modernists were recently victorious in the Councils of the Order of St. Vincent, the minority appealed to Rome. The Pope, dispensing with the election, nominated Father Desroussoau, who is thirty-five years of age, as Superior. He has been a member of the Order for five years.
