Bourouior, a well-known electri■ian, has advanced a startling theory. He explainid experiments in his laboratory raiclvay between the Eiffel Tower and Rochefort Tower. The Rochefort wireless stations show that whenever two Diaces are sending messages simultaneously, inexplicable phenomena are produced by intersection waves.
