By order of Justice Higgins, a compulsory conference of parties to the wharvies' dispute has been called for Wednesday. Premantle, February 10. A meeting of lumpers decided in ten minutes to fall into line with the other States, declaring that it was a lazy strike. Up to the present the men were working under an agreement with the local shipowners without a grievance, and now one was found which does not break the agreement but causes a breach between the men and tho employers.
