TIMES v. THE DOMINION.

A SUMMONS REFUSED. [Pee Press Association.] ~ Wellington, February 10. The Chief Justice to-day refused to issue a summons applied for by defendants in the libel action Mow Zealand Times v,. the Wellington Publishing Company in respect to matter published in the Dominion newspaper. The summons sought to call on plaintiffs to show cause why they should not supply particular's of the loss or damage alleged in the statement of claim.
