United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies, Siam, Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2}d for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and lid for each succeeding oz. or fraction !/ hereof. , Post Cards.— lnland, single, id; reoly, Id; all other plaices, single, Id; reply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books md Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz. Magazines (registered), inland, id for every Boz. or fraction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz. >r fraction thereof.
