Mr W. K. Ac-ton, representing the Porter Company, of Wellington, is at present in Stmt id taking orders for a new work entitled "Charming Bible Stories," handsomely got up and arranged for the young. The book is attractively written, and well illustrated with half-tone engravings and reproductions of famous pictures from the Art Galleries of Europe. It is very handsomely bound, and it should bo in demand, as it has the advantage of being recommenced by a number of the leading clergymen of different denominations in several of the towns and cities in the Dominion, x
