POSTAL RATES. Lottsrs and Letter Cards.—lnland (including Cook Islands), Id for each 10/, or fraction thereof, and i for each succeeding 20/,. United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico.
