On Wednesday, 28th inst., we held ar monthly cattle sale and annual • heep fair in our Kohuratahi yards, vhen we yarded 1933 sheep, 3 horses and 288 head cattle. 411 the cattle wore disposed of, 800 of the sheep and the 3 horses. At Stratford on Tuesday we held our fortnightly sale. There was a good attendance and full yarding of stork, chiefly cows. Competition was brisk, and practically every pen was sold at the hammer. On Wednesday we held our Stratford Sheep Fair, the yarding being just over 3000. There was a good attendance, hut competition was not too keen.
