HICH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, February 2. The High Commissioner's report states inter alia : Butter: The market is quiet with no reduction in prices and with lair demand. There is only a moderate demand for New Zealand. The present prices of Xew Zealand butters are expected,to create an increasing demand. There is no change in prices lor Xew Zealand, Australian, Argentine, and Siberian. Danish is quoted at 125 s to 128 s.
Cheese: The market is steady, with no change in prices for Canadian, It is reported that some sellers are "bearing" market for New Zealand cheese. New Zealand white, 64s 6d to Cos. There is no change in prices for colored. Wool.—The market is quiet, but firm.
