CJAZ ASPIRES TO PRESIDENCY.

The police arrested thi> heads of Felix Diaz's political organisation, charging them with plotting against President Huerta, with the object of installing General Gonzales as temporary president. It is reported by an American visitor, who stated that Diaz is now in Havanna, that he informed him lie ought to wait for concessions in Mexico until Diaz was president, this lending colour to the belief that Diaz intended to lead the insurrectionists.
