THE MEXICAN CRISIS.
CJAZ ASPIRES TO PRESIDENCY.

The police arrested thi> heads of Felix Diaz's political organisation, charging them with plotting against President Huerta, with the object of installing General Gonzales as temporary president. It is reported by an American visitor, who stated that Diaz is now in Havanna, that he informed him lie ought to wait for concessions in Mexico until Diaz was president, this lending colour to the belief that Diaz intended to lead the insurrectionists.
U.S.A. POLICY AND JAPAN.

Interviewed by the "Times" correspondent, President Wilson stated that be was not changing his Mexican policy. He did not suspect Japan of meddling in Mexico. He had no grudge against Japan because some Japanese were selling arms. ,
PRESIDENT HUERTA'S REBUKE.
President Huerta eluded the journalists for their irresponsible sensationalism. The papers frankly publish the rebuke.
