At the second Auckland wool sales between 11,000 and 12,000 bales were offered. The prices for coarser lots were slightly higher than those at the opening sale of the season, but not so high as at the corresponding sale last year, finer lots not moving well. Offers were ranging, in the vicinity of 101 cl, coarse crossbreds selling at 9d o Old, dingy for 8d to BJd.
