President Wilson has instructed Admiral Fletcher to rush 8000 marines to the Mexican capital, should such contingency arise, without waiting for further orders. A CONSPIRACY ON FOOT.
■ (Received 12.55 p.m.) Mexico City, January 27. The police are actively seeking the instigators of the conspiracy against President Huerta’s life, and who intended to take possession of the Government by force of arms.
