At Strathmore on Monday we held our monthly sale,; meeting a fair yarding of stock and good attendance. Competition was easy, at the .hammer, and several pens ivore passed, and mostly disposed.ofdater. We.quote:— Yearling heifers 49s to 51s, steers 55s to 68s, bulls £6 10s, old cows £2 10s to £3 ss, fresh cows £5 to £5 12s.

At Stratford on Tuesday we held our fortnightly sale and had a good yarding of saleable cattle. Competition was brisk and practically every pen was sold under the hammer.
