HOUSE DESTROYED.

Palmerston N., January 20.

By fire in Fitzherbert Street at 4.45 this morning, a. six-roomed house, occupied by A. Cutler and owned by Stratford, was destroyed. Several lodgers escaped in their night attire. The house was insured for £350 in the New Zealand office. The amount on :he furniture is not available.
