The rumors that Earl Fitzwilliam is to be co-respondent in a divorce case found confirmation in his counsel’s protest against the journalistic statements, and he requested that the case should be expedited, but the judge refused. T. Cprnyn Platt, of Bristol, is another co-respondent. Plaintiff is Alexander Brodrick Leslie Melville, Director of, the Union of'London and Smith’s Bank.
