TRAGEDY ON THE DANUBE
WOMAN'S FOUL DEATH.

An elegant travelling basket, containing the. body of a beautiful woman, was washed up on the river bank at Budapest. The indications are that she was poisoned, or suffocated by gas. A chauffeur identified the body as that of a lady he had driven on Friday evening to Open, where she entered a house. He was unable to identify the house. Early on Saturday, a market woman saw a man and woman in tno street dragging a heavy travelling basket towards - the Danube. Footsteps of a man and woman were discovered near where the basket was found.
The victim is supposd to be an actress.
The police are seeking an actor who travelled from Germany to Budapest.
