Trouble is looming in getting the new wheat crop shipped owing to the Rural Workers’ Union declaring “black” all wheat stacked at railway station by non-unionists to meet the possible crisis. Should the wharf laborers refuse to load, seven hundred farmers from the Wagga district have announced that they are prepared to proceed to‘Sydney to do loading, me farmers in other districts will act similarly.
