United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies, Siam, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2-id for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and l|d for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Post Cards. —lnland, single, id ; reply, Id; all other places, single, Id; reply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books and Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz. Magazines (registered), inland, -)d for every Boz. or fraction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz. or fraction thereof. One end must be left open.
