A resolution was passed at last meeting as fololws; “That the consent of this Conned be given to the erection of poles and other means of carrying lines for conveying electrical energy from the Stratford Electrical Supply Co.’s works to all parts of the County, on the County roads; the right to be not a sole right, but to be in perj petuity.
