Berlin, December 13
Herr Erabenger, of the Centre Partyl pleading in the Reichstag for the aboli-l tion of the duel said that an institution existed in Berlin for the hiring-] out of so-called men of honor, leading wives to infidelity, and providing indefensible grounds for a duel.He added that the police and the Public Prosecutor were aware of the institution.
