POSTAL ULTIMATUM. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] • (Received 10.1 a.m.) London, December 10. The national committee of postal workers has met, and it is understood has decided to send an ultimatum to Mr Samuel (Postmaster-General), reiterating the demand for a fifteen per cent increase. The deputation will interview Mr Samuel to-morrow. The likelihood of a strike at Christmas is increasing.
