ARBITRATIONI&TS IN STRENGTH. [Per Press (Association.] Nelson, December 11. The strikers held a meeting last evening of a lively nature. The meeting was. addressed by two West Coast delegates from the waterside conference.

Mr C. Nelson, president, who has exercised a wise and restraining influence during the strike, resigned.

There, is every indication-that the majority will return.to work next week. Apparently there are only about seven extremists in the union.
