A high Bulgarian personage declares that the Bulgarian Government forced Kihg Ferdinand to sign a secret SerboUulgarian treaty. King Ferdinand hesitated long, and when be signed he exclaimed: "God preserve Bulgaria 1;-om the consequences."

The personage added: All the misunderstandings between King Ferdinand and the Emperor Franz Joseph, arising out of the publication of the treaty, have now been cleared up.
