and Queensland Governments and the Dominions Royal Commission and the British Cotton Growing Association 1 regarding< cotton-growing in Australia. Fifteen hundred pounds ha. been promised, including £IOO per annum for three years by the association to secure skilled advice and practical experiments with various seeds, the as-
