FOUR RESCUERS DROWNED GALE IN THE NORTHERN PACIFIC. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] [Received 0.55 p.m.) Vancouver, November 2/. A great gale is raging on the Northern Pacific Coast and the Niagara is having a rough passage. A passenger fell overboard from the steamer President, and an officer and three of the crow launched a boat to the rescue, .but it swamped and all were drowned.
