On Monday, 17th inst., at my Urenin yards, there was a full yarding of all classes, with a good attendance. Competition throughout was good and on some lines brisk, practically the whole yarding being cleaved' at satisfactory prices. The springing heifers yarded were, rather inferior, but anything showing quality, sold readily. Prices Here as follows:—-Fat cows 100 s tq 118 s 6d; store cows 65s up to 85s 6d for well framed cows, 3 year steers 80s to 87s 6d, yearling to 15 months steers 59« Gd to 665, yearling heifers, ordinary sorts, 52s 6d to 58s 6d, colored yearling heifers 62s to 85s, yearling bulls 57s 6d to 655, 2 year Holstein bulls 118 s to 200 s, hulls for works 100 s to 1 IDs. In the dairy pens there was only a small yarding, but anything of good quality and close to profit realised good values. Prices as follows:'— Heifers calved 102 s to 157 s Gd, springing heifers 120 s to 1255, dairy cows 140 s to 1555.

During the past week we have disposed of stock privately as follows: Store cows 80s to 102 s 6d, Shorthorn and Holstein dairy hulls 136 a (id to 150 s, yearling heifers 56s to (iOs Gel, 2 year .steers lor Ohurn Dos, learn working hullocks £9O for Ohura, yearling Jersey bulls 80s to 100 s.
