TROUBLE IN BULGARIA.

The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Mail confirms the many recent rumors thai King Ferdinand of Bulgaria intends abdicating. There is excitement in Sofia. Prince Boris, the heir-apparent, left the capital, it is believed owing to the receipt of threatening letters. King Ferdinand's unpopularity is increasing, owing to his failure to secure Austria's support. "To be Let" placards were posted outside the Palace.
