The trial of Alfred Piddle for the murder of Rose Anna Lilley at Mayfield on October 15th has commenced in the Supreme 'Court. Mr Donnelly defended under instructions from the Minister for Justice. The evidence was similar to that at'the inquest. The prisoner is very weak and shaky.
