BLENHEIM SESSIONS. [Peb Press Association.] Blenheim. November 20. At Vie Supreme Court, Judge Chapman said the state of the district appeared satisfactory. A." rather unusual case was that of a youth who pleaded guilty to forgery and passing a forged cheque. The parents opposed probation, and asked for reformative treatment. Prisoner contended it was a first offence, and the mother -.ns umler a misapprehension of what reformative treatment meant. The e.isc was deferred for report.
