The super-Dreadnoughts, Kaiser and Koonig Albert, will sail in December on an extended' cruise to South America. .The,main object is to.secure warship orders for the German dockyards from the South American States. AN ATLANTIC CRUISE. Berlin, November 7. The Kaiser and Konig Albert, two of the newest German battleships, ,are leaving on a cruisp in the Atlantic at the beginning of December, and wil| visit'the West African colonies, showing the flag in South American waters. Foreign observers are puzzled to know what is behind the change in the traditional naval policy.
